Ici, pas de promesses creuses ni de coups de théâtre : on fait de la **rénovation résidentielle haut de gamme**, bien faite, bien pensée, dans une ambiance humaine et structurée.

Pour accompagner sa croissance, l’équipe cherche un-e **manœuvre motivé-e et travaillant-e**, prêt-e à s’impliquer dans des projets stimulants et à épauler les charpentiers-menuisiers sur le terrain.
- Un poste **temps plein (40 h/semaine)** dans une petite équipe qui se serre les coudes
- Un **salaire horaire entre 20 $ et 25 $**, selon l’expérience
- **Deux semaines de vacances payées** dès la première année

**Responsabilités**:

- Participer aux travaux de **préparation, nettoyage et organisation** du chantier
- Transporter **matériaux, outils et équipements** entre les zones de travail
- Assister les charpentiers-menuisiers dans leurs tâches quotidiennes
- Contribuer aux travaux de **démolition, montage et finition**, selon les besoins
- Maintenir les lieux **propres, sécuritaires et fonctionnels** tout au long du projet

- Une personne **fiable, débrouillarde**, qui apprend vite et n’a pas peur du travail manuel
- Un minimum de **1 an d’expérience** en rénovation ou construction résidentielle
- Un bon sens de l’initiative et le **goût d’évoluer dans un cadre structuré et bienveillant**:

- Une grande rigueur, de la ponctualité, et **le désir de bien faire les choses**:

- Une capacité à **se déplacer facilement** sur les chantiers de l’île de Montréal
