**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation of custom cabinets and fixtures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
- Learn all aspects of cabinet installation, including measurements, alignment, and finishing touches.
- Provide support to full installers by preparing materials, setting up tools, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with heavy lifting, assembly, and loading/unloading of cabinets and materials.
- Work closely with team members, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth and successful project completions.
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used in cabinet installation.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring efficient and timely installations.

**Requirements**:

- **For Installers Helper**: No prior cabinet installation experience required, but a strong eagerness to learn and a solid work ethic are essential.
- **For Full Installer**: Proven experience in cabinet installation and proficiency in using installation tools and equipment.
- Physical capability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for installations away from the home location.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and stay overnight for out-of-town projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
