Barrie's leading family run Automotive Repair Centre is seeking an experienced, **Technician Trainer** to join our **Aurora **team.

**Requirements**:

- A team player with a positive attitude, working in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible/adaptable to constant change
- Work independently without close supervision
- Strong dedication to work, with a great desire for success of their apprentices
- Proven ability to draw lesson plans, organize academic activities and maintain an organized production shop
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and design new learning plans
- Sharp eye to monitor apprentice progress
- Thorough and always strives to improve productivity and quality of work
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Full G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer License
