**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls in the assigned workgroups (programs)
- Perform the appropriate tasks for that program, which may include entering name and address information, administering a survey, answering questions, and entering orders
- Log calls when necessary
- Perform outbound calls for both client and internal projects
- Perform data entry and research as assigned
- Update and maintain the healthcare database consisting of healthcare professionals, facilities and health related organizations
- Utilize resources including licensing boards, governing associations, directories and the internet
- Quality control checks to ensure the integrity and quality of the database
- Understand GMP / SOP within the company

**Skills**
- Knowledge of medical specialties
- Fast and accurate alphanumeric keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in computer and internet use including MS Office, Office 365 and electronic resources
- Oral skills and friendly manner
- Excellent Communications skills in English
- Excellent phone manners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.50 per year
