The Market Analyst will monitor and research selected markets, segments, and competitors to collect and analyze data, and then use this to evaluate existing and potential product/service markets for Jones Healthcare Group to enter.

**Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do**:

- Compile, consolidate and analyze product and customer data/feedback to identify business opportunities and

drive product and service improvements.
- Conduct market research projects, encompassing both primary and secondary research, to proactively identify

trends, best practices, opportunities, and risks
- Primary research will include site visits to current and potential clients.
- Secondary research will include information about market size, trends, risks, competitors, and

product/service opportunities for Jones.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings to communicate insights and

recommendations to relevant internal stakeholders, including Market Growth, Sales, and business unit

leadership.
- Track, monitor and report on market intelligence-based metrics and Power BI dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the online e-commerce store, enhancing the customer experience and

driving revenue growth.
- Identify and track KPIs on web sales/traffic and marketing initiatives.

**If you’ve got**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; experience creating and

analyzing Excel databases, graphs, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI an asset.
