Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, ensuring that all areas are spotless.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Vacuum, mop, and dust all areas of the guest room and common spaces.
- Ensure rooms are maintained according to Best Western’s cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team.
- Provide guests with additional items as needed (e.g., extra towels, toiletries).
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including the proper disposal of cleaning agents.
- Assist with laundry services when required.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
