**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including nursing homes, hospice care, and senior care facilities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being while assisting with daily activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Support patients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Document patient care activities and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Engage in caregiving activities that promote emotional well-being and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care practices.
- Familiarity with working with persons with disabilities is an asset.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist patients with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Certification or training as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care in a respectful manner.
