**Are you a proven F&I pro looking for a fresh opportunity in a high-performing dealership?**
We’re seeking an experienced **Finance & Insurance Manager** who thrives in the fast-paced **automotive or RV industry**. If you know how to close deals, build trust, and maximize back-end gross—this is where you take your career to the next level.

**What You'll Do**:

- Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to every customer
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure fast approvals
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and dealership regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and F&I penetration
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong CSI scores

**What We're Looking For**:

- **2+ years of F&I experience** in an automotive, RV, or powersports dealership
- Strong knowledge of financing processes, lender guidelines, and DMS software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of exceeding F&I performance benchmarks
- Integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
