**Periodontist - one day a week in London, Ontario (potential to add more days at secondary specialty office)**

**Qualifications**:

- DDS Diploma in Endodontology
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program, completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
- Certified with NDEB
- Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO
- Endodontics

**Salary & Benefits**:
