Position: Store Manager

The Store Manager is the daily leader of the studio. Independence and ambition are key to this role. We highly value an entrepreneurial spirit

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business performance.
- Lead the team in participating in global tattoo and art events, and connect with and invite guest artists.
- Manage appointments and clientele, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, which is our top priority.
- Generate and implement new ideas to improve the business and enhance our brand value.
- Maintain smooth communication with employees to foster a positive and artistic atmosphere in the store.
- Develop new products for our upcoming e-commerce store, conduct market research on popular trends, and build connections with global suppliers.
- Create and post social media content daily on Instagram and TikTok.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Completion of a University degree (business-related major preferred).
- Previous managerial experience is an advantage.
- Active on social media with an understanding of how they work. Basic photography and videography skills are required.
- Strong work ethic, team mentality, and an adaptable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Chinese is a plus.

What Your Daily Work Looks Like:

- Arrive at the store 30 minutes before others.
- Ensure the shop is clean and organized.
- Greet clients and guide them to their artists.
- Make posts on social media and interact with the audience.
- Take photos and videos of finished tattoos.
- Build connections with other businesses or events for potential collaborations with THERMAL INK.
- Monitor inventory levels, make orders if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
