LI-Hybrid
- Prepare and execute underlying fund administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.
- Preparing the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
- Ensuring that all custody trades are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
- Prepare and execute wires for settlement of custody trades.
- Ensure all trades are confirmed and accepted by the underlying fund/administrator
- Independently able to resolve all queries and issues from third parties related to the executed trades
**Qualifications**
- University degree in an accounting field.
- 1-2 years of experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations team
- Proficiency with using Adobe PDF.
- Understanding of the Fund of fund business will be an added advantage.
- Investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are essential.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment.
