Genrep Ltd. is looking for a **Fuel Systems Technician** for our **Ottawa, Ontario** location.

**Role**

The Fuel Systems Technician will visit various client sites to service, maintain, and repair generator fuel and exhaust, systems, and related equipment according to Genrep quality control standards and expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service, maintain and repair generator fuel and exhaust systems and related equipment
- Perform installations, removal and replacement including fuel tank and related piping installation and testing, transfer pump system installation and testing, Exhaust system installation, etc
- Perform fuel filtration and exhaust pressure testing
- Maintain good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and maintain specific levels of activity to ensure adequate revenue.
- Uphold a strong safety culture, performing duties in a safe and effective manner that follows all Genrep, provincial, and federal safety standards and guidelines.

**Desired Skill, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education with a diploma/degree in fuel oil burner or petroleum mechanics
- 5+ years of Work experience in a similar industrial engine/generator/electrical service capacity is an asset. Genset experience is preferred.
- Understanding of CSA B139
- PMH, PM3, OBT3, OBT2, OBT1 license considered asset an asset
- Must hold a valid G Class driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record and be willing to provide an annual driver’s abstract upon employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
