As a **Backhoe Loader Operator**, you will be responsible for operating backhoe loader machinery to perform a variety of digging, lifting, and material handling tasks on construction and excavation sites. You will ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate backhoe equipment for digging, lifting, trenching, and other earth-moving tasks.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the job site.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on backhoe equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Ensure the backhoe is operated safely and in compliance with safety standards.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and other structures as per project requirements.
- Work closely with other crew members to maintain a smooth workflow and complete tasks on time.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including equipment inspections and site conditions.
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator or in a similar construction role.
- In-depth knowledge of backhoe operations and equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, drawings, and blueprints.
- Ability to operate other construction machinery is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
