**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present clear, concise, and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Utilize AI tools and advanced analytics to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and interpret KPIs to evaluate supply chain performance and explain variances.
- Plan and support the implementation of short
- and medium-term operational initiatives (e.g., DC layout, warehouse slotting, route planning, capacity planning).
- Assist in planning merchandise movement for seasonal, advertised, and event-based programs.
- Identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to mitigate issues and enhance performance.
- Lead or support local and regional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop standard operating procedures to optimize workflows and ensure consistency across sites.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Deliver high-quality presentations to inform, instruct, and influence stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar analytical or technical role, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or production operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, AS400, and Microsoft Power BI is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools for process optimization is highly desirable.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) is an asset
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working on-site independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operations environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $74,100 - $123,500
