**Overview of the Position**:
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the Director of Clinical Applications is an integrated part of the management team. Her/his main role is to act as a bridge between the technical team that develops our tools and the healthcare professionals who use them. She/he oversees a team responsible for integrating our tools in clinical settings and clinical trials. This person brings her experience and strategic expertise to support the company’s objectives and global strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team management: plan, organize, manage and evaluate the activities of the Clinical Applications unit;
- Responsible for providing after-sales service with his team, ensuring successful integration of our tools, user training and support throughout the customer relationship;
- Manage two different integrations of our technology: the clinical side with our medical tool (ANDI) and the clinical studies with our biomarker platform (ANIE);
- Provide training, support and assistance to medical professionals in the use of our various systems and software;
- Implement the necessary processes to comply with quality and regulatory standards throughout the integration cycle and component of our tools, as well as in the day-to-day functions of the team;
- Work in collaboration with other units to establish priorities and directions in line with corporate strategy;
- Establish quarterly team objectives to meet company targets;
- Participate in the development and preparation of submissions to regulatory agencies;
- Participate in conferences to present our technology.

**Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sciences or equivalent background and/or experience;
- **5-8 years’ experience in team management** in a similar company, in the healthcare and technology sectors;
- Clinical knowledge, having a solid foundation in clinical practice and medical terminology to understand the needs of healthcare professionals who use our technology;
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with our software users. Ability to demonstrate patience and calm when teaching complex technical information, and show effective teaching skills;
- Clinical knowledge of neurodegenerative diseases in the field of biomarkers and diagnostics, as well as a good understanding of strategic clinical development and study design principles (an asset);
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the drug development process;
- Brain imaging knowledge, particularly diffusion MRI (an asset);
- Ability to set and follow up on objectives with precise deadlines;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills;
- Outstanding team spirit;
- Language: French/English at professional level (note that all our customers are mainly in the USA and Europe).
