Matrix is hiring Red Seals for a permanent, full-time position with our amazing client, Irving Shipbuilding in Halifax, NS. The pay rate is $43/hr plus potential overtime. This position comes with generous and comprehensive benefits and relocation packages. These positions allow for work-life balance and numerous growth opportunities. You will be working in an indoor, controlled environment. Irving Shipbuilding has been building quality vessels for over 50 years and has been at the forefront of Canadian shipbuilding for over 130 years.

- Engine Fitter
- Pipefitter
- Welder
- Metal Fabricators/ Ironworkers
- Electricians
- Scaffolder
- Rigger

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Red Seal Certification
- Must be able to handle, lift, carry, and set up parts and equipment that weigh up to fifty (50lbs) pounds
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- A pre-employment physical is required
- Full PPE + Fit Tested Respirator Mask
- Confined Space
- Fall Protection
- WHMIS
- Must be able to commute to work daily
