We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of all customer requests and requirements to help us increase sales within Western Canada.
Veseris is the leading distributor in the Structural Pest and Vegetation Management industries providing innovative products and services in Canada. We provide more chemical product and related services than any other company in the marketplace.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in the territory.
A Veseris Customer Service Specialist is:
- Able and eager to contribute to Veseris’ strategies and tactics
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to solve problems efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Able to multi-task and prioritize with mínimal supervision
A Veseris Customer Service Specialists Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Communicating with customers and internal teams
- Data entry and minor accounting functions to support customer orders
- Aids Territory Managers with inside sales support
- Identifying and resolving customer issues
- Coordinates daily outbound logistics with operational teams to fulfill customer orders
- Manages inventory stocking and forecasting through customer demand
- Maintains good working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Upselling products and services
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Assists with other project work as needed when assigned
**Requirements**:
- University degree or diploma in business or related field, or previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with our industries an asset
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bilingual English - French a definite asset
