The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for converting documents from digital to printed format. The Data Entry Clerk is organized and meticulous and must ensure that all output is timely and accurate. Strong customer service skills are a must. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining the data repository. This is a high-turnover position, so applicants should be willing to work overtime when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data into a computer.
- Operate various computer programs, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Place information into specific fields, such as date, name, or address.
- Monitor output for inaccuracies.
- Make sure data is accurate, complete, and legible.
- Use electronic mail systems to send messages.
- Answer telephones and respond to questions.
- Communicate with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
