**Position**:Compliance Specialist

**Location**: St-Laurent, Montreal

**Salary**: To be determined

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform transactional and billing audits for all brokers and support team
- Assess training needs following broker and support team audits
- Make recommendations for skill development and coaching’s
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to develop tools related to compliance and quality
- Collaborate in the creation of a harmonized quality control and compliance program for brokers and support teams
- All other related tasks.

**Required profile**:

- Has a minimum of relevant experience in a similar role or
- Bilingual (oral and written).
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Sense of organization, discretion, and rigor
- AMF license in personal-lines damage insurance, an asset
- Experience as a personal-lines insurance broker, an asset
