**Sign Production & Installation Specialist**

Victoria, BC | Full-Time, Permanent | $22-$26/hour (Depending on Experience)

We help local businesses stand out with high-quality indoor and outdoor signage. From storefronts to office interiors, we design, build, and install a wide variety of custom signs. We’re a small, friendly team that takes pride in craftsmanship and supporting each other.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role that combines in-shop prep and fabrication with on-site installation.

You’ll be:

- Prepping and assembling signs using vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and PVC
- Installing signs on windows, walls, posts, and buildings
- Using ladders, lifts, and basic hand tools safely
- Reading work orders and install drawings
- Keeping your workspace organized and clean
- We offer training opportunities in advanced skills (like large-format printing or CNC/router work) for those looking to grow._

**What You Bring**:

- 1+ years of experience in signage, trades, or construction (preferred — but we’ll train the right person)
- Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights)
- Good with tools, tape measures, and installation basics
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail

**Pay & Growth Path**:We’re hiring in the $22-$26/hr range depending on your experience.

If you’re hands-on, good with tools, and ready to learn — we’ll start you around $22-$23/hr
