**You bring**:

- 2 years of OTR Experience (TIA training an asset, but we will train)
- An ability to maintain a valid BC Driver’s license and to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract
- A mechanical mindset
- Pride in a job well done with attention to detail
- Ability to consistently lift 75-100 pounds
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and on-call after hours at least once/week
- Concern for our customer’s well-being and their hard earned money (they write our cheques)
- A willing team-minded, enthusiastic attitude (we have an amazing team)

**Duties include**:

- Dismounting and installing a variety of tires, up to and including OTR
- Operating service truck/picker truck
- Determine repairable tires and make repairs accordingly
- Balancing all sizes of tires
- Proper execution of required billing documents
- Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Understanding and adhering to all safety regulations and best practices
