MaKami is looking for a Learning Assistant to help shape the next generation of Massage Therapy professionals. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and productive classroom experience.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):

- Preparing materials and setting up equipment for lessons
- Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce key concepts
- Assisting with tutoring, marking, and distributing assignments
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Supervising and assisting in outreach and school events
- Helping with laundry duties to ensure linen supplies are available
- Observing and reporting student development to instructors

**What You Bring**:

- Registered Massage Therapist diploma
- Previous experience in teaching or as a learning assistant
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse learners
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliability, initiative, and a collaborative spirit
