**Accounting Intern**

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance Department
- Ensure the daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
- Preparing general ledger entries, enters payables and manages customer payments
- Review accounts receivable statements for outstanding invoices, accurate payments and contacting customers to obtain payments
- Print and adjust journal entries monthly and produce required reports and files
- Special assignments and projects from other departments as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 year of experience in accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of manufacturing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Work Location: One location
