**Position Description**:
The YWHO Provincial Office (PO) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Analytics & Evaluation Lead for a full-time, permanent position. This role will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of care provided to young people across Ontario. Reporting directly to the Manager of Evaluation, the Analytics & Evaluation Lead will collaborate closely with the evaluation and research team at YWHO to harness the power of data in fostering a learning health system across the YWHO Network. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will support YWHO in promoting equity, advancing research, and enhancing education within the youth mental health and integrated youth services landscape.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Design and implement robust data analysis and collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the YWHO PO team to conduct monitoring and reporting activities, addressing emerging needs and challenges effectively.
- Utilize statistical software packages such as R, SAS, or Python to execute computer programs for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
- Analyze and interpret data from diverse sources, including YWHO databases, Statistics Canada data, and other public health databases.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of data collection/analysis activities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of YWHO's Data Governance infrastructure.
- Identify and implement appropriate analytics solutions through comprehensive literature reviews and requirements gathering.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Engage with relevant partners to understand existing challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance the Evaluation team's capacity for complex data analysis through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Visualize organizational data effectively to derive insights and communicate value to partners.
- Work closely with the implementation team to support Hub Networks engaging in QI initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- A Master's degree in Public Health, Social or Behavioral Sciences, Health Services, or Research, coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in research and evaluation within the mental health sector, preferably focusing on integrated youth services and youth populations.
- Proficiency in handling complex datasets, designing and developing dashboards, and generating routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression principles and practices.
- Ability to develop and implement procedures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Health Information (PHI) and other data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw logical conclusions and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the capacity to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one statistical software package such as R, Python, SQL, MS Power BI, or SAS.
- Ability to manage high-priority tasks and adapt to unscheduled requests and challenges effectively.
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in data analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies through ongoing professional development, training, and participation in relevant workshops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Project is required.
- Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.

The position is primarily remote and can be located anywhere outside of the GTA.
