**Job description**

Link2 Manufacturing is an Electronics Contract Board Manufacturing facility, located in Delta BC. We specialize in complex, high density assemblies, consisting of 0201, micro QFN packages, 0.4 pitch BGAs and POP - Package on Package

We are rapidly growing and looking to fill the following positions: SMT Operators

Position Responsibilities: (but not limited too)
- Maintaining the Siemens Surface Mount pick and place equipment along with other additional automated assembly equipment as per the preventative maintenance schedules
- Troubleshooting and repair electrical and mechanical breakdowns on the manufacturing floor.

Setting up the SMT lines for production runs
- Running the SMT lines to produce a wide range of complex circuit boards
- Install and develop processes for new production equipment

Job Qualifications:
- BCIT Mechatronics and Robotics Program Graduate
- Good problem solving skills with both electronics and mechanical
- Excellent experience with tools for repair of complex precision equipment
- Good communication skills
- Experience with complex automated machinery would be an asset
- Soldering skills would be an asset
