**Job Overview and Responsibilities**
- Offer administrative support across the company
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High level of efficiency typing, proofreading and editing
- Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Document control responsibilities
- Basic understanding of accounting (AR and AP)
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
