**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and stockroom.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Strong phone etiquette and time management skills are essential for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating patience and understanding during interactions.
- Previous experience in product demonstrations or technology sales is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage customers effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products to enhance the shopping experience is beneficial.
