Tomlinson Ready Mix is seeking to hire a **Plant Maintenance Labourer** for our concrete plant in **Stittsville, ON.**

This position will require working Monday - Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. May be required to work night or weekend work.

**DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES**
- Daily inspections and maintenance of the plant
- Physically demanding, involves labour work and lifting various objects
- Ability to operate various types of equipment, loader, skid steer, and man lift
- Ability to work at heights such as man lift, dust collector bags and being able to go to the top of the silo
- Must be able to work alone and be a self-motivator
- Computer knowledge is a asset, must be able to process work and parts orders
- Basic understanding of electrical knowledge
- Perform snow removal in winter months

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-5 years of experience working in a plant maintenance role
- Prior concrete experience is an asset
- Welding experience is an asset
- Bilingual is an asset
- Plumbing experience would be an asset
- Good understanding of the plant operations
- Must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to do carpentry, electrician and cement work

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Working in tight, awkward spaces - bending, crawling, twisting
- Working at heights - reaching, climbing
- Lifting objects up to approximately 50 pounds
- Required to use motor coordination with arms, hands, fingers, and legs
- Will be exposed to dirt, dust, odors, noise, and weather extremes
- May be required to work nights or weekends
