**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data governance best practices and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- CBAP Certified
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
