We are looking for a full time D/Z licensed truck driver to join our team. We are a busy construction/landscape supply company and require an outgoing individual to learn the business and grow with us. Safe and well maintained equipment. Flatbed with Moffett forklift & small dump truck for deliveries. Moffett/forklift experience a strong asset but will train. Deliver construction materials to residential and commercial job sites.

We can offer full time work, long hours, home every night, & overtime pay. All local work, full time year round, no lay offs.

**Must have driving experience with manual transmissions. No automatics.

**The Truck Driver Role**:This position is an integral part of our product delivery system, and focuses primarily on the safe, effective and efficient delivery/pick up of our products. Our Truck Drivers collaborate well with our team to ensure that all stone orders are correct and delivered on-time. Our Truck Drivers take pride in the accuracy of order completion, and the way in which they play an important role in developing and improving customer loyalty.

**The Truck Drivers’ Responsibilities**:

- Actively participates daily in our Health and Safety Program, Policies and Procedures
- Ensures that MTO requirements for their vehicle are always fulfilled
- Accurately processes and completes delivery paperwork as required/Use electronic logging devices
- Communicates proactively with the Logistics Coordinator and team as appropriate to ensure top quality customer experience and service
- Build positive customer relationships and trust in the company brand

**The Qualifications**:

- Physically fit, willing and capable of lifting stones and pavers up to 25kg.
- DZ drivers’ license with clean abstract
- Safely and carefully operate all required delivery equipment (Flatbed with attached Moffett, loader, 2axle dump truck and single axle dump truck etc)
- Able to maintain accurate drivers logs and inspections according to MTO specifications using our electronic devices

**Truck Drivers’ Required Skills**:

- Able to read, write and clearly communicate verbally in English
- Perform minor repairs / maintenance to equipment as required
- Able to report to work on time, and as scheduled for every shift
- Working knowledge of delivery territory, traffic patterns, and our on-site protocols

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
