CP Distributors has a current opening for an ambitious **Site Supervisor** to work in our project in **Terrace, British Columbia.** This is a FIFO, shift to be determined.

As a **Site Supervisor**, you will be responsible to:
- Work collaboratively with the service and install team and project manager to oversee day-to-day project activities;
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the safety requirements of the job site and verify protocols are properly followed;
- Assist with quality control and ensure project deliverables are successfully met;
- Coordinate with subcontractors to meet timelines and verify compliance with the scope of the job, workplace health and safety, and environmental quality;
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and report them to the project manager;
- Maintain client relations by communicating effectively with clients, architects, and engineers in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
**Your Experience**:
- Ideally, you bring 2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the commercial construction industry;
- Extensive experience with the service and installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, and an overall familiarity of Division 8, 10, and 28 scopes of work is considered a strong asset;
- Ability to see projects through the full construction life cycle from estimating, procurement, installation, and successful turnover to clients;
- Must possess valid driver’s license without restrictions.
