Exciting opportunities for Emergency Services (ER) DVMS at King Animal Hospital

**Seeking permanent full-time ER DVMs to join our team**

**Hospital**:
King Animal Hospital is a new 60,000 sq ft. privately owned Equine and Small Animal Referral and Emergency Services hospital located in King City, ON.

Specialists that you would work alongside include Neurology, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Soft Tissue Surgery, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Rehabilitation, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Dermatology, Ophthalmology.

Advanced Diagnostics including 3 Tesla MRI, 128 slice CT scan, digital radiography, ultrasound, C-arm, and hyperbaric chamber.

**Emergency Services**

The emergency services portion of our hospital opened on January 22nd and operates 24/7 and is currently staffed with a compliment of locums and permanent staff. Our two ER Leads are increasing our permanent fulltime resources.

Schedules will be available generally 6 weeks in advance. The shifts are 12.5 hours in length and full-time employees will generally work 12 shifts per month.

**Requirements**:
In future we will hire new grads but for now we will require a minimum of a rotating internship or at least one year of emergency services in a referral or emergency hospital.

Ideally looking for full-time employment but could be open to 6 shifts per month as a permanent part-time employee.
