**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork requirements.
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork using wood, metal, or engineered formwork systems.
- Install formwork for walls, columns, slabs, footings, and other concrete structures.
- Reinforce formwork with appropriate bracing and supports to ensure stability.
- Assist in pouring and finishing concrete as needed.
- Inspect and maintain formwork materials and tools.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, concrete finishers, and other trades.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 **years** of experience as a formwork carpenter in concrete construction.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in working with formwork systems such as Peri, Doka, ULMA, Alumna and traditional wood forms.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Certifications**: Valid **Working at Heights,** **WHMIS** and **Workers Awareness in 4 Steps** certification required.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
