Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a fulltime permanent Janitor to join our team on the day shift. **This position offers flexibility for a 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 7am-3:30pm shift Monday through Friday.**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure overall general cleanliness of the building
- Maintain common area walls, windows, and doors including washing and cleaning windows
- Sweep, mop and use a motorized floor scrubber
- Clean and restock restrooms and locker rooms
- Remove snow and ice from walkways
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
- Ensure janitor room is clean and organized
- Gather and empty trash and trash bins and operate the cardboard and trash compactors
- Ensure all chemicals and cleaners are safely stored in proper storage containers and areas by complying with WHMIS 2015
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- One (1) years’ experience cleaning within a manufacturing setting an asset
- Knowledgeable of chemicals, solvents and WHMIS 2015 an asset
- Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Always portray a positive and professional image
- Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs as needed
