eCommerce Operations Specialist II

Are you passionate about eCommerce and always looking to improve operational processes and partnerships?

As the eCommerce Operations Specialist II you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a best-in-class customer experience on BestBuy.ca. You will execute and enhance operational processes, and work with cross functional and cross-team initiatives to bring experiences to life.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

Make a difference on our eCommerce Operations team as an eCommerce Operations Specialist II

What you’ll do:

- Execute daily operational processes, including product fulfillment attribute changes, inventory availability investigations, set up backorder and pre-orders, product review and syndicated content optimization and troubleshooting, promotional letters to customers, and managing tickets related to operational defects or bugs.
- Partner closely with internal teams to smoothly plan and execute new product launches.
- Partner with operational and technical teams to maintain and update fulfillment configurations.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce Operations community to establish and achieve community objectives.

What we’re looking for:

- 1-2 years previous experience in related operations fields.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and can think critically to solve complex problems.
- Experience in Excel and SQL, including data manipulation and writing queries.
- Detail orientated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, and enjoy troubleshooting complex issues.
- Highly collaborative and can work closely with multiple teams.

$48,000.00 - $53,000.00
