**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as CanLii to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop effective strategies for case management.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ontario Law Society.
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and drafting documents.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
