**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data to identify trends and correlations.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on progress.
- Conduct research to identify best practices in performance analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Management: 2 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 2 years (preferred)
