**Position Overview**

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision, ensuring seamless execution and positioning across all channels and initiatives, and adapting plans to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage resources across internal teams and external partners, allocating budgets, tools, and personnel effectively.
- Establish clear, data-driven KPIs for marketing activities and ensure ongoing monitoring, analysis, and adjustment to keep efforts aligned with overarching brand strategy and department objectives. Establish reporting schedule on performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Lead the planning and oversight of all campaigns and project launches for both traditional and digital media assets.
- Actively identify, cultivate, and strengthen relationships with key customer segments and stakeholders within the marketing ecosystem, seeking new opportunities to engage and grow the customer base.
- Drive collaboration across departments to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
- Lead continuous innovation within the marketing department by generating new ideas and iterating current approaches.

**Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- 8 years of experience in marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is preferred.
- Degree in marketing, business or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in traditional marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement in residential home building or land development.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a strategic mindset and project management skills to manage many complex initiatives and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in data analytics and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage and grow a collaborative and high performing team that includes internal and external stakeholders.
