As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Estimator** to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Estimator, you’ll assist in the preparation of estimates and takeoffs for concrete forming projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction or engineering career who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions
- Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations
- Support team in bidding processes and proposal preparation
- Review project plans and communicate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Help maintain cost databases and internal estimating documentation
- Attend site visits as needed to gather relevant project information
- Collaborate with the project management team on project handovers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction estimating or a related role (co-op/internship experience is a plus)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) is an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
**Start Date**: August 1st 2025

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34,400.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
