We Offer Competitive Rates: - Teachers are paid more for larger classes and receive $25 for 1:1/1:2 lessons, as class size increases so do your hourly rate, by an additional 3 dollars per student. - Your time is valuable to us too Teachers receive compensation for marking and planning, as well as attending staff meetings. - Currently there are also opportunities to assist the creation and modification of teaching materials.

We offer competitive rates and formatted service procedures. The teacher is responsible for Grade 4-12 English, Grade 6-8 Science, Grade 5-8 Math and French for beginning level small class teaching. For French teaching, the teacher is also responsible for class material preparation. For the other two classes, our team cooperates with the teacher by providing class material and communication services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Group class teaching tutoring;
- Grading the students' assessments and providing feedback about students' performance;
- Meeting and consulting with the service team to answer questions and provide information about the local education system.

Job Expectations:
tutoring: 1 year (required)

At least 1 year of CSSD or CBE or Calgary private school teaching experience (preferred)
- Good teaching skills, experience and affinity for children;
- Elementary/ Junior High School Teaching Certificate in CBE, Calgary Catholic School District or Calgary private schools is mandatory;
- Alberta Teacher's Certificate is a strong asset;
- Education Degree in Canadian Universities is an asset;
- The familiarity with WeChat, PPT, ClassIn and Zoom is an asset;
- The familiarity with G4 and G12 English, Science and Math PAT is a strong asset.
- Flexible schedule is an asset.

From our four years of operation, we understand that there is a significant gap for the new arrival students to be accustomed to a local learning environment that, to be blunt, the public system all across Canada fails to fill. The unfamiliarity and the disparity between English, local culture and the educational system have greatly impeded them from achieving success with their efforts. Also, those who have lived in Canada for a long time are on the verge of the two drastically different cultures, and some of them still need a lot of support to fit themselves into local learning environments, and our aim is to help them out.

As the founder of the company, I choose to live in Canada because this mighty state respects diversity, freedom and equality, and I would like to offer students who need help equal opportunities to achieve success academically. Our company has witnessed and helped many students who are very talented in Math and Science but received low marks in high school English class because no one had taught them punctuation, aboriginal cultures or Canadian values, as well as confused students and parents who desperately need someone to explain what classes they need to take to be admitted by their dream universities. Thus, I enjoy the process of helping others to achieve their dreams.
