Join a passionate Pricing team within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration are not only encouraged, but essential. As a key contributor to our pricing strategy, you will influence critical decisions that drive company performance and directly impact strategic initiatives.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- ** Pricing Model Optimization & Decision Support**:
Develop and enhance pricing models that support competitive positioning and profitability. Collaborate with the Product and Commercial teams to refine pricing structures and introduce winning pricing strategies, including deal desk support for select lines of business.
- ** Strategic Advisory**:
Provide consultative support to the Product organization, delivering recommendations on pricing strategies that drive growth and align with market trends.
- ** Data Analysis & Insights**:
Secure, analyze, and synthesize market and competitive data to develop actionable insights. Present findings to senior leadership, crafting compelling narratives that influence key business decisions.
- ** Market & Competitive Intelligence**:
Conduct comprehensive research into consumers, competitors, and broader market dynamics. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform pricing strategies and business development opportunities.

**You bring**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pricing, management consulting, financial analysis, market intelligence, or a related field. Experience in payments and money movement is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking and detailed execution. Proficient in data analysis, market modeling, and financial forecasting.
- Comfort working through a wide variety of tasks, ranging from individual deal support and the development of foundational templates, to collaborating on high-visibility projects with regulatory oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling presentations and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, a curious mind, an openness to new ideas, and the adaptability to manage and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
