The Role
Equispheres is currently looking to hire a Production Labourer -Night Shift (12 Hours) as part of our continued growth to our operations team. You will be responsible for
- Operating a Bandsaw and Miter saw in order to process raw material into usable sizes
- Performing scheduled maintenance on the above equipment
- Helping to develop process to increase output and reduce costs
- Other duties as determined from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Minimum of High School Diploma.
- Manual assembly skills - must be able to use basic workshop tools.
- Able to follow detailed process instructions and operate plant machinery.
- Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a production environment requiring physical activities
- Basic level computer skills are required.
- Must agree to complete a background check as part of the recruitment process.
