**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including budget and schedule.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus, especially with “CoConstruct”.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
