Driving Instructor

Blue Water Driving is seeking a motivated and reliable Driver Instructor to join our team in Collingwood/Meaford areas. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about road safety and committed to helping others become skilled and confident drivers.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Collingwood/Meaford, ON
- **Hourly Rate**: $37/hour
- **Signing Bonus**: $2,500 for applicants with a current Driving Instructor License

**Qualifications**:

- **Preferred**: Applicants with a valid Driving Instructor License.
- **Signing Bonus**: $2,500 for applicants with this license.
- **If you do not currently hold an instructor’s license**:Blue Water Driving will fund up to **$3,000** for the successful applicant to complete a certified Driving Instructor course.
- **Instructor License Requirements** (must meet these criteria to become certified):

- A valid Ontario Class G or higher driver’s license.
- Completion of a recognized Driver Instructor training program (details available upon request).
- A clean driving record and background check.
- Passing the written and practical instructor exams administered by the Ministry of Transportation.

**Required Equipment**:

- A reliable, late-model car (for instructional purposes)
- Insurance coverage, including **6D** endorsement
