Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company that is looking for a Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team working in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Shuttle Bus Driver will assist in organizing freight and cargo in the hanger. They will be responsible for transporting employees to and from the airport safely, on time and assist passengers in loading and unloading their baggage.

Job Duties
- Organizing freight, cargo, and baggage at the airport for employees and Northern job sites.
- Assist truck drivers, couriers and pilots with loading and unloading the plane.
- Conducting passenger attendance checklist prior to flights.
- Arranging material and supply pick ups and drop offs as required.
- Report any major problems, accidents, or damage to the vehicle to the technician and Manager.
- Must be organized and pay attention to details when labelling freight and ensuring that it is en route to correct location.
- All other duties as required and assigned.

Working Conditions
- Required to work Monday to Thursday, afternoon shift from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, while being flexible and available for overtime. Approximately 20 hours a week.
- Working in outdoor conditions through out the year.
- Able to work alone in a hanger with mínimal supervision.
