**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are as follows:

- Co-ordinate and prepare invoices for all activity related to multiple Jonas divisions.
- Track changes to invoices and provide statistics to analysts
- Ensure completeness of billing by running reports and comparing results
- Assisting with Ad Hoc requests such as information for audits
- Other duties as required

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with clients (external and internal)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Highly proficient at multitasking
- Willing to work in a very fast paced, high volume environment
- Must be comfortable taking initiative and be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Be able to work within strict timelines
- Must be detail oriented
- Flexibility to work overtime at critical periods
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Intermediate in Excel
- Microsoft Great Plains knowledge a plus
- Strong overall computer skills
- College degree with a focus on accounting

Pay: $53,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
