**About Ridge Meadows Soccer Club**
Ridge Meadows Soccer Club services over 3,000 members from age 3 to 55+. Our Club provides soccer programming to youth and
adult players of all skill levels and abilities in the communities of Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows.

**Position Overview**
Ridge Meadows Soccer Club is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Coach to join our new BCSL Program as Head Coach of the 2012 Girls Team. Reporting to the Sporting Director the 2012 Girls Head Coach will Coach and Manage the team implementing RMSC Yearly Training Plan, Game model, and BC Soccer Technical Standards.

**On-field Schedule**

BCSPL Schedule Training

Spring: Training Session Tuesday, Training session Thursday, Game Sunday

Fall: Training Session Tuesday, Training session Thursday, Training session Friday, Game Sunday

**Contract Length & Compensation**
- 10 Months (March to Dec)
- Part-Time Position
- Term of Contract wage is between $1000 to $1500 per Month (Depending on experience and qualifications)

**Key Skills**
- Proficient with using MS Office
- Experience using video equipment and editing software.
- Friendly, approachable, respectful, and empathetic
- Hardworking and organized with attention to detail.

**Position Responsibilities**

Session & Gamedays:

- Implement RMSC BCSPL YPT and Game model.
- Coach Team Session through BCSPL Season as per BC Soccer Timelines
- Attend and Coach Team Gamedays (Home & Away)
- Arrange Exhibition Games as required

Player & Team Management:

- Follow RMSC & BCSPL Internal and External Player Assessment Process
- Complete twice Yearly Player Reports & Feedback sessions
- Work with SD to form the BCSPL Team
- Manage Team Equipment

Administration:

- Complete BC Soccer Technical Documentation within the Program Deadlines
- Work with SD to review and Update RMSC YPT and Game model
- Attend BCSPL Meetings as requested by BC Soccer and RMSC Sporting Director
- Attend BCSPL Workshops as requested by BC Soccer

**Experience and Certification Requirements**
- Previous experience Coaching Players at the Performance Level (BCSPL)
- Holds or working towards Canada Soccer Association B-Diploma or equivalencies.
- Respect In Sport & NCCP Training and Certifications
- Current Criminal Record Check (CRC) within 2 Years
- First Aid Trained
- Drivers License and Access to a vehicle
