We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cannabis to join our growing team "Cannabis is a valuable part of our diverse and vibrant community, so let's lift one another." - LEVICANN The Budtender is responsible for creating a meaningful client experience from the moment they enter the store until such time they finalize the sale. They must have great knowledge or be willing to learn the variety of products we carry. Passionate about the industry, positive attitude, and willing to grow with the team, they must understand rules and regulations as well store policies. Understanding our customers and being able to guide them with their store shopping and helping them with any questions they may have. **Job description** Reporting to the store Manager and Management team. The Budtender must possess knowledge of products, understand the AGCO rules and regulations and have the ability to provide an exceptional client experience. In addition to the above, the Budtender must be able to demonstrate the following: - Ability to assist and guide the client through the products and identify their wants/needs. - Ability to understand the variety of products carried - Ability to understand and listen to the client by asking questions the right questions and ensure they go home with the product they are looking for. - Goal driven to achieve sales goals and complete duties as assigned daily - Ability to work within a team environment and/or independently, if required. - Ability to effectively communicate with both staff members, Management team and clients. - Ability to drive a positive atmosphere, customer experience and be able to build trust and loyalty with customers. - Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills - **Qualifications**:_ - In possession of Cannsell Certification - Familiar with various Cannabis strains, brands, and accessories. - Minimum experience of 2 years within a retail setting. - Criminal Background Check required - Experience with computer technology, including Front/Back office POS systems, and iOS devices. - Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends. - Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 pounds (22.5 Kg). **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal Part-time hours: 20-30 per week **Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Tips Ability to commute/relocate: - Keswick, ON L4P 2E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Cansell certification?
