**Job Title**: Automotive Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of automotive sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Train, motivate, and support sales staff to achieve personal and department goals.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and events that drive traffic to the dealership.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused environment, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring that both the customer and the dealership are satisfied with the outcome.
- Monitor inventory and work with the sales team to ensure the availability of vehicles to meet customer demand.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the automotive sales process and customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with sales data and reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and warranty products is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with dealership
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
