**About the Opportunity**

We are currently expanding our company and looking for great people to join us on this journey. We are looking for a Department Coordinator for our commercial services team. This person will oversee the operations of customer service, service coordination, and administration, for the commercial department.

**More specifically, your responsibilities will include**:

- Retention services and customer escalations
- Scheduling services for commercial clients
- Process improvements to provide outstanding service to our clients
- Oversee all aspects of the commercial department

**More About You**

In order to qualify for these roles, you will need at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Customer service experience would be a strong asset for this role as you liaise with some of our largest clients who expect our world class customer service.
